Tuning into your emotions

Emotional Numbness?

Maybe you have been experiencing some sort of emotional numbness inside. You feel like you don't know yourself at all or how you feel about different situations or how they will affect you.

People tend to block their feelings for a number of reasons, but probably the most common reason is to protect themselves in some way. Maybe you got hurt by someone in the past and by not allowing yourself to feel emotions, you can prevent yourself from feeling that hurt again. This leaves you feeling emotionally numb.

We all need to feel the lows in life, the highs and even the in-betweens.

Using hypnosis and your wonderful subconscious mind, you can make the changes which you desire. Wanting to make a change is the hardest part, but the rest is easy because you want it! There are so many emotions - love, hate, sadness, anger, etc.

Going back in your mind and remembering times when you felt one emotion or another, you can get in touch with that emotion again. By giving that emotion a color, a shape or a form and keeping it with you can truly help you tune in to your emotions.
