Be calm and relaxed

"Stress occurs when life does not meet our expectations. The cure for stress is to learn to accept life as it presents itself. When you accept the present moment, you can find ways to improve the situation." - unknown.


I agree with this 100%! By getting ourselves into a calm and relaxed state (mind, body and emotions), we are able to reduce stress, tension, anxiety or any other negative emotion or feeling. We hold on to the positive by being in the present moment. Not thinking about what has already happened or what is going to happen in the future.


Hypnotherapy allows us to get the mind, body and emotions into a calm and relaxed state so that we can penetrate into the subconscious mind to make positive changes that we desire. These behaviors can then become positive known associations in our subconscious mind. We can teach ourselves (through hypnotherapy and self-hypnotherapy) to be calm and relaxed, feel our heart rate slow down and reduce stress.
