When we write down affirmations in the form of "I am" or in present tense before going to bed at night, it is the last thought going into your subconscious mind. Even if it is something you are hoping for or hoping will happen, writing "I am" or putting it in present tense sends a strong message to your subconscious that this is what I want and we are doing this!
